Refunds and Returns

Here at Thirty Five Gear, we always aim to out-perform ourselves, especially with the quality of our products. However, if a problem arises with a product you have purchased from our website, don’t be afraid to contact us at info@thirtyfivegear.com and we’ll get back to you to efficiently resolve the issue. 

Returning an Item, and wanting a refund?

If you are dissatisfied with our products and wish to make a return, head to our ‘contact’ page, fill in your information, and within 24-48hours, a member of our team will get back to you.

You must contact us about a return within 14 days of receiving your item, once both parties have agreed and the correct information has been exchanged, you will have another 14 days in which to ship the item back to our address, and within 14 days of us receiving your return, a refund payment will then be sent out to you accordingly.

Repairs and Replacements

 If you ever come across a fault or flaw in one of our products shortly after receiving it, please reach out to out team using the ’contact’ page, to ensure the item is repaired or replaced swiftly and correctly. If a fault or flaw is found, you will be offered a repair or replacement within 6 months of receiving your item, after those 6 months, you will have to provide evidence that your product was faulty when you purchased it. If, after receiving the product, you have altered it in any way, we are unable to accept it for a repair or replacement. The best way to ensure your item is up-to standards, a week period is advised to check over your items and ensure they work as intended. After the week is up, an email will be sent out to you, all you need to do is answer one question on whether your item is faulty or has a flaw. But don’t worry, all repairs and replacements are free, and we will cover the shipping cost for the item being shipped back to you.

Proof of purchase

If we ask for proof of purchase, especially after 6 months of receiving your item, all you need to provide is a sales receipt, or other relevant evidence such as a bank statement or even our packaging we sent your item in. With this, we can only accept returns from those who purchased the item(s).
